OK OK I know its been a month but Ive been busy! Quincee was born on January 10, 2011, She weighed 7lbs 6oz, 20 1/2 in long and 13 in head! I had a C section and Quincee was too anxious to come out... that she swallowed some amniotic fluid. I could hear he gurgling on the way out. As they sowed me up(gross) I was praying that she would be OK. My heart filled with joy and regret. Joy because I just had a beautiful baby girl... and regret because I put her through this. She then was sent to the nursery, put on oxygen, IV on, and 4 x-rays. She didn't have fluid in the lungs, but her doctor just didn't like the way she was breathing. I admit it it was little scary hearing her breathe. 2 days went by and no change. My sister Heidi then called and said Quincee needs a blessing. Immediately Tyler called our bishop and the blessing was given. Quincee finally came to our room on Thursday morning. She was still hooked to her IV but that came out on its own that night. Thank goodness. We finally went home on Friday. I never want to see the inside of a hospital for a very long time.
So here we are a month later. Quincee is doing great. She now weighs 9lbs and 6oz, 21 1/2 in long and 14in head. She loves her big brother, and loves life itself. She is a good baby until she cries. She screams! But that a girl for ya. What can I say she tells you what she wants when she wants it!
So cute...I love reading updates:) I miss you all so much. I wish you lived closer, at least you are in Oregon and not Wyoming so I can't really complain...much...lol. Love ya and keep. The pictures coming:)
